Responsibilities Responded to guest requests for laundry, dry cleaning, and pressing services, coordinating garment pick-up, documenting service details, and ensuring timely delivery. Inspected, tagged, and tracked guest garments to maintain accurate identification and prevent loss or misplacement throughout the cleaning process. Evaluated clothing care requirements and determined appropriate treatment methods, including washing, dry cleaning, pressing, stain removal, and minor repairs. Processed guest garments using industry-approved equipment, chemicals, and temperature settings while adhering to fabric care specifications. Folded, packaged, or hung completed garments according to guest preferences and Four Seasons service standards. Processed employee uniforms, ensuring proper cleaning, organization, and distribution to the Housekeeping department. Operated and maintained laundry and dry-cleaning equipment, including washers, dryers, pressing machines, steam tunnels, and irons, while following all safety procedures. Preferred Qualifications Must be willing to work a flexible schedule. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays. Basic level of English is required. High attention to detail and customer service skills. Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to push, pull, lift up to 40lbs. Ability to kneel, crouch and reach. Walk up to 8 hours per shift. Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States. Benefits!
