Overview Lash Saloon is a western-luxury lash studio in Chandler looking for an experienced lash artist to join our team part-time. This is a commission-split position. You'll work out of our studio at Pollack Plaza alongside a small, established team. What you'll do Provide classic, hybrid, and volume lash extension services Build and maintain your own client base with support from our studio marketing Consult with clients on lash styles, aftercare, and fill schedules Recommend and sell retail aftercare products Keep your station and tools sanitized to Arizona State Board standards Manage your own booking, confirmations, and client communication What we're looking for Active Arizona aesthetician or cosmetologist license (required) Prior lash extension experience — you can work independently from day one Comfortable with sales: retail, rebooking, and service upgrades Professional, reliable, and easy to work with in a shared salon environment Available for a consistent part-time schedule, including some weekends Compensation Commission split on all services and retail.
