Promote additional services like lash lifts, tinting, or retail products through effective upselling and product demos Skills Proven experience in applying eyelash extensions with a keen eye for detail and symmetry Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety standards in a beauty or spa environment Familiarity with salon management software including Millennium, MINDBODY, or similar systems Ability to manage social media platforms for marketing promotions and client engagement Experience with other beauty treatments such as makeup application, hair styling, or dermal fillers is a plus Excellent communication skills combined with a friendly, approachable demeanor Basic understanding of retail sales techniques and upselling strategies to enhance client experience and revenue Join our team where your artistry makes a difference!
