Position Overview We are seeking a talented and experienced Nail Artist to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about their craft, detail-oriented, and dedicated to creating an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities Perform professional nail services, including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, paraffin treatments, and hand/foot massage using Dazzle Dry Polish and OPI Gel Demonstrate proficiency in Advanced Dry Manicure/Russian Manicure techniques Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment; ensure all tools and equipment are sterilized using an autoclave Support retail sales by recommending products and services that enhance the client experience Skills & Qualifications Minimum 5 years of professional experience in nail care Proficient in all nail care techniques, including classic and gel services Strong English communication skills and a client-centered approach Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to sanitation standards Confident in product knowledge and comfortable with retail sales Compensation & Perks Competitive pay plus commission on retail sales Exclusive employee retail discounts Supportive, creative, and eco-conscious work environment If you're an experienced nail artist who values sustainability, artistry, and community, we'd love to meet you.
