You have a refined eye for shaping brows, lips and selecting the right shape and color of each patient's desired outcomes. You will partner closely with the Director of Clinical Operations to launch new PMU services and grow this department within Facial Aesthetics. You play a key role in expanding these services to other Facial Aesthetics locations, helping to bring consistent standards and expertise as the department grows. You will spearhead new hire training for future PMU artists at Facial Aesthetics. Above all, you are a team player and a leader, someone who enhances outcomes not just for patients but for the department and artists you're mentoring. Position Requirements Perform PMU service treatments including but not limited to Microblading, Ombre Brow Shading, Lip Liner, and Eye Liner Conduct thorough consultations to understand patients desired outcomes and deliver adequate treatment results Spearheads new hire training for incoming PMU artists, ensuring consistent technique and standards of care across the department Partners with the Director of Clinical Operations and Training to launch new PMU services and lead the expansion of these services to other Facial Aesthetic locations. Ensure a positive culture and exhibit core values and growth mindset Assist with special projects, events, and promotions as needed. Adhere to all corporate, departmental, and operational policies and procedures. Maintain a working knowledge of all FA services and products. Educate patients on all treatment processes including pre and post care treatment guidelines Assist Clinic Manager with inventory needs for Permanent Makeup Services Maintain cleanliness and appearance of treatment rooms between each patient Maintain patient confidentiality following HIPAA guidelines Meet monthly KPI's set by the management team Education and/or Skills Required Minimum 1 year as a Permanent Makeup Artist Must hold a valid Colorado Cosmetologist or Aesthetician License Must complete a state approved 132 Hour Permanent Makeup Training Program Must have an active BBP Certification Must be enthusiastic, motivated and a team player. Must possess computer proficiency with Windows-based products. Display good organizational, written, and verbal skills. This is not a comprehensive definition of the position.
