2027 Broadway St. suite D Boulder CO Responsibilities Perform precise eyelash extension applications, ensuring safety, comfort, and stunning results for each guest Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable lash styles and treatments Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in accordance with industry regulations and best practices Educate clients on aftercare routines, product recommendations, and available services to enhance their experience Assist with retail sales by promoting lash care products and other beauty items during appointments Skills Certified in cosmetology or esthetician licensing with specialized training in eyelash extensions Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety procedures for lash application Excellent communication skills to effectively consult with clients and explain treatment options Knowledge of complementary beauty treatments such as brow shaping, body waxing, or makeup application is a plus Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining a guest-centric approach Embark on a rewarding career where your artistry transforms lives!
