The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Esthetics and adult education, with the ability to teach various beauty and wellness techniques. This role requires a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment while delivering high-quality instruction in subjects such as facials, various facial modalities, hair removal and makeup. Duties Deliver engaging lessons aligned with the esthetics curriculum and state standards Teach a variety of techniques including facials, advanced/technology facials, waxing, makeup, lash & brow tinting, and brow mapping Provide instruction and supervision on full body waxing using both soft and hard wax Lead hands-on training, demonstrations, and clinic sessions to build student confidence and skill Evaluate student performance through practical assessments and provide constructive, supportive feedback Maintain a clean, organized, and professional classroom and clinic environment Foster a positive, motivating learning atmosphere that encourages student growth and success Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and best practices Assist with school events, student recruitment, or marketing initiatives when needed Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, products and devices Qualifications Valid CT Esthetics License with 2 years of field experience Previous teaching or classroom experience is highly desirable but not necessary, we're willing to train the right candidate Ability to create effective lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles. Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate students. Certification or licensure in esthetics or relevant fields is required. Job Schedule:

Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays 5:30 pm - 9:30 pm. Major holidays off
