10:00 AM - 7:00 PM About Us Dupont Lash & Brow Bar is looking for experienced, reliable, and passionate Lash & Brow Technicians to join our growing team in Dupont Circle. We specialize in customized lash and brow services and take pride in providing high-quality results and exceptional client experiences. We're looking for team players who are skilled in their craft, enjoy communicating with clients, and are comfortable working a consistent schedule in a professional salon environment. Key Responsibilities Perform high-quality lash services, including Classic, Hybrid, Volume, and Mega Volume extensions, lash lifts, and tints. Provide brow services such as shaping, tinting, and lamination (a plus, but not required). Communicate proactively with clients, understand their expectations, explain procedures, and provide appropriate aftercare instructions. Maintain a clean, organized workstation and assist with daily salon cleaning, sanitation, and opening and closing duties. Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of professional lash extension experience preferred. Valid esthetician or cosmetology license, as required by DC. Strong technical skills and attention to detail. Friendly, professional, and confident when communicating with clients. Reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team. Available to work scheduled shifts from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, including weekends as needed. Comfortable assisting with shared salon responsibilities, including cleaning and sanitation.
