Duties Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring safety, sanitation, and client satisfaction at all times Consult with clients to understand their desired lash look and recommend suitable styles and lengths Perform complementary aesthetic treatments such as brow shaping, hair threading, or facial enhancements when appropriate Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with industry regulations and salon policies Manage client appointments efficiently using salon software like Millennium or MINDBODY, ensuring timely service delivery Engage with clients through effective communication, providing aftercare advice and product recommendations Promote retail sales of lash care products, cosmetics, and skincare items through knowledgeable demonstrations and upselling techniques Requirements Proven experience working as a Lash Artist or in a similar beauty industry role with a strong portfolio of eyelash extension work Certification or licensing in esthetician services, cosmetology, or related fields preferred Knowledge of advanced aesthetic treatments such as dermal fillers, botulinum toxin injections, chemical peels, dermabrasion, or laser treatments is a plus Familiarity with salon management software including Millennium or
