POSITION SUMMARY

The Eyelash Technician / Lash Specialist will provide professional eyelash services to Mizner Country Club members and guests as an independent contractor. The contractor will deliver high-quality, personalized lash services while maintaining applicable professional, sanitation, safety, and licensing standards. The ideal candidate is skilled, professional, personable, and committed to providing an exceptional member experience while independently managing their services and professional responsibilities.

SERVICES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform professional eyelash extension services, including classic, hybrid, and volume applications, based on training and qualifications. Provide lash fills, removals, lash lifts, and tints as qualified. Conduct consultations to understand each member's desired look and recommend appropriate services. Deliver professional, high-quality services with exceptional attention to detail. Create a comfortable, relaxing, and welcoming experience for members and guests. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment area. Follow all applicable sanitation, safety, and licensing requirements. Provide and maintain the professional tools, products, and supplies necessary to perform services, unless otherwise agreed upon with the Club. Educate clients on proper lash care and recommend appropriate aftercare. Maintain accurate records related to client services and appointments and communicate professionally with the Spa team as necessary to coordinate services. Build positive relationships with members and provide exceptional service that encourages client retention and repeat business. Provide outstanding hospitality consistent with the expectations of a private country club.

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR - 1099

This opportunity is structured as an independent contractor relationship. The contractor is responsible for maintaining all required professional licenses and certifications, applicable business insurance, taxes, and other obligations associated with operating an independent business. The contractor is responsible for determining the methods used to provide services, subject to applicable licensing, sanitation, safety, and facility requirements.

EDUCATION AND WORK REQUIREMENTS

Current Florida Cosmetology or Full Specialist/Facial Specialist license, as applicable to the services being performed. Professional eyelash extension training and certification preferred. Experience performing lash extensions in a salon, spa, resort, or luxury hospitality environment preferred. Strong knowledge of lash application, sanitation, and aftercare. Maintain current professional liability insurance appropriate for the services provided and provide proof of coverage upon request.
