EXPERIENCED LASH ARTIST

FacialLash Lounge is looking for a skilled and experienced Lash Artist to join our beauty team in South Fort Myers. We are seeking someone who is already confident working independently with clients and can consistently create beautiful, clean lash sets using Classic, Hybrid, and Volume techniques . Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, values natural lash health, provides an excellent client experience, and maintains a clean and professional workspace.

Qualifications:

Current Florida Esthetician, Full Specialist, or Cosmetology License Professional certification in eyelash extensions Confident in Classic, Hybrid, and Volume lash application Minimum 6 months of hands-on salon experience Strong isolation, placement, styling, and retention techniques Ability to customize lash sets based on each client's eye shape, natural lashes, and desired look Excellent sanitation and safety practices Reliable, professional, and comfortable communicating with clients Able to work independently while also being part of a team What We Offer Existing clientele and marketing support Flexible scheduling Professional and welcoming spa environment Competitive commission structure Supportive team atmosphere Opportunities for continued education and professional growth Interested in Joining Our Team?
