Duties Perform eyelash extension applications using safe, hygienic, and professional techniques to ensure client comfort and satisfaction Consult with clients to understand their desired lash look, providing expert recommendations tailored to their eye shape and style preferences Maintain strict sanitation protocols for tools, workstations, and treatment areas to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Assist clients with pre- and post-treatment care instructions, including product recommendations for lash maintenance Promote additional aesthetic services such as lash lifts, brow shaping, or other complementary treatments to enhance client experience and increase retail sales Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using salon software like Millennium or similar platforms Engage with clients through social media management to build relationships, promote services, and grow the salon's online presence Experience 1-2 years of Proven experience working as an eyelash extension technician or in a related beauty industry role such as esthetician, cosmetologist, or skincare specialist Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and infection control procedures specific to eyelash extension application Familiarity with salon management software including Millennium or equivalent systems like
