Educate clients on lash aftercare, product recommendations, and maintenance routines. Promote retail sales of lash care products and other beauty treatments to enhance client results. Requirements Proven experience working in the beauty industry, particularly with eyelash extensions or aesthetic treatments. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Knowledge of sanitation protocols, including sterilization procedures for tools and equipment.
