Promote retail sales of beauty products, including lash serums, brow gels, and skincare essentials. Assist with front desk duties, including client check-in/out and handling product demos or inquiries. Stay current on industry trends by participating in ongoing training related to dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, laser procedures, and other aesthetic services. Manage social media accounts to showcase your work, attract new clients, and build a strong online presence. Uphold sanitation standards rigorously by sterilizing tools and maintaining a clean treatment area at all times. Experience Proven experience working as a lash artist or brow specialist within the beauty or esthetic industry. Knowledge of eyelash extensions application techniques and brow shaping methods. Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or

is preferred. Experience in providing additional aesthetic treatments like dermal fillers, chemical peels, or laser procedures is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients. Background in cosmetology, esthetics, nursing, or related fields such as medical spa experience is highly desirable. Ability to perform hair threading, body waxing, makeup application, and other beauty services is advantageous.
