We're not hiring for volume; we're hiring one or two technicians who will become a permanent part of a small, high-standard team. This is a hands-on, physical role: back-to-back sessions, exact protocols, and real relationships with returning clients. You'll be trained hands-on, right here at the studio, directly by our HQ team on The Tox® Technique. What it's like to work here Our days run on precision and trust. The Tox® Technique gets its results from consistency, which is why we're looking for someone who follows the protocol exactly as trained rather than improvising. The technicians who do best here treat their fourth session of the day with the same warmth and presence as their first, and they ask for feedback instead of taking it personally — our best people get visibly better week over week because of it. Recommending home-care and retail comes naturally to them too, because they genuinely believe in what it does for the client, and clients can tell the difference. We're a small team, so your reliability isn't just about you — when someone's late or out, the rest of the team absorbs it. How you show up for people and for the team is what we're really hiring for. Requirements Active Florida licenses in both Massage Therapy (LMT) and Esthetics — required, not one or the other. Fluent, professional-level English and Spanish — you'll work with clients in both. Able to perform hands-on bodywork across multiple consecutive sessions per day (this is a physically active role). Reliable transportation and the ability to consistently work your scheduled shifts, including weekends. Experience in sales, retail, or customer service — you know how to make someone feel taken care of and comfortable saying yes to a recommendation. We weigh how you work and the values you bring at least as much as years on a resume. Compensation & schedule Base pay $17-20/hr + tips + commission on retail. 8-hour shifts, part-time, including weekend availability. Hands-on training on The Tox® Technique.
