Responsibilities Perform eyelash extension applications with precision, ensuring safety and sanitation standards are met Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable lash styles and lengths Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations Manage client appointments efficiently using salon software such as Millennium or similar platforms Promote additional beauty services like brow shaping, lash lifts, or other aesthetic treatments to enhance client satisfaction Engage actively with clients through personalized communication, ensuring they feel valued and understood Assist with social media management by sharing before-and-after photos, promoting special offers, and engaging with online followers Experience Proven experience working in the beauty industry, particularly with eyelash extensions or related aesthetic treatments Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients Knowledge of sanitation protocols and infection control practices specific to lash application and beauty services Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or
