Promote retail sales of eyelash care products, brow grooming kits, and other beauty essentials through effective upselling and product demos. Stay current on the latest trends in eyelash extensions, eyebrow artistry, and aesthetic treatments such as botulinum toxin injections or dermal fillers when applicable. Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments, answering client inquiries, and providing exceptional guest services. Qualifications Proven experience working as an eyelash extension technician or eyebrow artist within the beauty industry. Strong knowledge of esthetic treatments including lash application, brow shaping, hair threading, and sanitation protocols. Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or

for scheduling and client records. Excellent communication skills with the ability to consult confidently on aesthetic goals and treatment options. Knowledge of advanced aesthetic procedures like botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, chemical peels, or laser treatments is a plus but not required. Background in cosmetology, nursing, or esthetician licensing preferred; additional certifications in body waxing or tattooing are advantageous.
