Educate clients on aftercare routines and product recommendations to maximize their lash longevity and overall satisfaction. Engage with clients through social media management to promote services, showcase transformations, and build a loyal customer base. Assist with retail sales of lash care products, skincare items, and other beauty essentials to enhance client results and salon revenue. Experience Proven experience as a Lash Artist or in a similar cosmetology role with expertise in eyelash extensions, lash lifts, or related treatments. Certification in cosmetology or esthetician licensing is required; additional training in dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatment, or esthetic laser treatment is a plus. Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols, body waxing, hair threading, makeup application, and nail care techniques. Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or

for scheduling and client management. Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide outstanding guest services and build rapport with diverse clientele. Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, social media management, and product demos to drive business growth.
