I keep a set of Macs and iPhones running for the business, and I need a reliable, technically sharp person to own the setup and upkeep so I can focus on running the company.
This is hands-on Apple work:
setting up devices, configuring Apple IDs and iCloud, activating iMessage and FaceTime, updating software, troubleshooting when something won't activate, and documenting each step so it runs the same way every time. You do not need to be an AI expert. You need to be patient, detail-oriented, and good at following (and improving) a checklist. If you're curious about AI, you'll pick up a lot just being in the room. What you'll do:
  • Set up and maintain iPhones and Macs (M1 machines, iMac, Mac Mini)
  • Create and manage Apple IDs, iCloud, and device settings
  • Activate and fix iMessage and FaceTime
  • Keep macOS and iOS updated and backed up
  • Document each process so anyone could repeat it Who you are:
  • 18 or older, in or near Tampa, can come to the office 2 short shifts a week
  • Comfortable with Apple hardware
  • Reliable and process-driven: you show up, follow the checklist, flag problems early
