We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Lash Technician & Studio Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch lash & facial waxing services to our clients, overseeing inventory, and maintaining our lash studio.
Responsibilities:
Lash Services:
Perform professional lash extension services, including classic, hybrid, volume, and mega-volume sets. Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction with every appointment. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to deliver the best possible results.
Inventory Management:
Keep track of inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations. Maintain organized inventory storage areas and assist with receiving and stocking new shipments.
Studio Maintenance:
Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the lash studio at all times, including treatment rooms and common areas. Perform regular cleaning and sanitation procedures to maintain a hygienic environment for clients and staff.
Requirements:
Valid cosmetology or esthetician license. Proven experience as a lash technician. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Reliable and punctual, with a professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
