to optimize client flow Educate clients on aftercare routines, product recommendations, and additional services like dermal fillers or botulinum toxin treatments when appropriate Promote retail sales of beauty products, including lash care kits, skincare items, and other retail offerings to enhance client results Engage actively on social media platforms to showcase work, attract new clients, and build a strong online presence Experience Proven experience working as a Lash Artist or in a similar beauty industry role involving eyelash extensions or aesthetic treatments Knowledge of management tools like Millennium or

for appointment management and client tracking Familiarity with salon software systems and front desk operations for seamless client check-in/out processes Hands-on experience with sanitation practices, dermal fillers, chemical peels, body waxing, dermabrasion, and other aesthetic treatments preferred Strong communication skills to effectively connect with clients, understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendations Background in esthetic laser treatments, Botox or dermal filler injections, hair styling or extensions is a plus Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining excellent guest services standards Experience managing social media accounts for promotional purposes is advantageous Join us to elevate your career in the beauty industry!
