Attention to detailFull Job Description Duties:
- Apply eyelash extensions to clients using proper techniques and adhesive
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Upsell additional services and products to clients
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in eyelash extensions
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and professional salon environment
- Assist with other salon duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Eyelash Specialist or similar role is preferred
- Strong sales skills and the ability to upsell services and products
- Proficiency in using salon software such as MINDBODY or Millennium
- Knowledge of nail care, makeup application, and hospitality is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
