Full Job Description Duties:

• Apply eyelash extensions to clients using proper techniques and adhesive
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
• Upsell additional services and products to clients
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in eyelash extensions
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive and professional salon environment
• Assist with other salon duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Eyelash Specialist or similar role is preferred
• Strong sales skills and the ability to upsell services and products
• Proficiency in using salon software such as MINDBODY or Millennium
• Knowledge of nail care, makeup application, and hospitality is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
