Key Responsibilities:

Design engaging lesson plans and facilitate interactive learning experiences. Provide hands-on demonstrations of esthetic techniques and practices. Assess student progress, offering constructive feedback and support. Establish and maintain a positive and organized classroom environment. Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to academic program development. Requirements Must have an active Esthetics Indiana State License. Must have an active Indiana State Beauty of Culture Educator License. Demonstrated experience in the esthetics field, with proficiency in skincare and makeup techniques. Prior teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong passion for teaching and mentoring students.
