Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and assess their tanning needs to recommend suitable services and products Operate a variety of tanning systems including UV tanning beds, spray tan booths, and red light therapy devices Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all equipment, including spray tan booths, UV beds, and treatment areas Process cash transactions accurately while managing sales upselling additional products or services to enhance client satisfaction Educate clients on proper aftercare routines and product usage for long-lasting results Assist with inventory management by replenishing supplies and ensuring all tools are sanitized according to health standards Qualifications Previous retail store experience or background in the beauty industry is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while demonstrating attention to detail in sales upselling Commitment to maintaining sanitation standards through thorough cleaning procedures Willingness to learn is essential Join us to help clients look and feel their best!
