In this role, you will be at the forefront of helping clients achieve their body contouring goals through advanced aesthetic treatments and personalized care. Your enthusiasm for skincare, spa services, and body sculpting techniques will inspire confidence and satisfaction in every client. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your expertise in a supportive environment dedicated to enhancing beauty and well-being. Duties Perform body sculpting procedures using state-of-the-art technology to help clients achieve their desired physique. Deliver a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and laser treatments with precision and care. Provide professional consultations, recommending suitable treatments and products tailored to individual client needs. Conduct retail product demos and follow up with client results and rebooking to increase sales. Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards across all treatment areas to ensure client safety and comfort. Assist with spa services such as waxing (body waxing, waxing services) and makeup application to offer comprehensive beauty solutions. Educate clients on post-treatment care, skincare routines, and available retail products to maximize results and satisfaction. Experience Prior experience in esthetician or cosmetology roles is highly preferred but we do offer training, Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients confidently and professionally. Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service while maintaining a welcoming environment. Experience in retail sales, product demos, or promoting skincare lines is a plus. Ability to adhere to sanitation protocols diligently and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
