Various retail locations in the DMV area About the Role We are seeking experienced freelance makeup artists to represent Too Faced , part of The Estée Lauder Companies, in retail locations throughout the DMV area. As a freelance artist, you will support events, demonstrate products, and drive sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities Demonstrate and recommend Too Faced cosmetics to meet customer needs. Build strong customer relationships to maximize sales and encourage repeat business. Achieve daily sales goals and support event sales targets. Cross-sell and link-sell products in a multi-brand retail environment. Maintain brand standards while collaborating with retailer staff and brand partners. Requirements Proven experience in makeup artistry, retail cosmetics, or beauty sales. Strong selling abilities with the confidence to meet hourly sales expectations. Excellent customer service skills and genuine passion for the Too Faced brand. Attention to detail, enthusiasm, and reliability are a must. Must have makeup sales experience in a retail setting. Details $25
