Job Summary We are seeking a talented and passionate Lash Artist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cosmetology and a flair for enhancing beauty through eyelash extensions. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients. As a Lash Artist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality lash services while maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and professionalism. Duties Apply eyelash extensions with precision and care, ensuring client satisfaction with each service. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all sanitation protocols. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering personalized recommendations. Manage appointments using Vagaro salon software Promote additional services such as hair extensions, body waxing, and esthetic treatments through effective upselling techniques. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques related to eyelash extensions and other beauty services. Perform product demos and educate clients about aftercare for their eyelash extensions. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive guest experience in the salon environment. Qualifications Valid cosmetology license or certification in lash artistry. Experience in eyelash extension application is required; additional skills in hair styling, makeup application, or body waxing are a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. Knowledge of sanitation practices and commitment to maintaining a hygienic work environment. Experience in retail sales and upselling beauty products is advantageous. Familiarity with social media management to promote services effectively is desirable.
