Responsibilities Perform bridal makeup applications that enhance natural beauty and align with client preferences. Create beautiful make-up for school functions , headshots , corporate photos , and special occasions . Apply eyelash extensions with precision to achieve a natural or dramatic look based on client requests. Create character makeup effects for themed events, photoshoots, or theatrical productions. Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering professional recommendations. Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all makeup and hair styling procedures. Assist with retail sales by upselling beauty products that complement services and meet client needs. Requirements Proven experience working as a Makeup Artist within the beauty industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse skills. Expertise in bridal makeup application techniques and special events. Knowledge of eyelash extensions, body waxing, dermabrasion, prosthetic makeup effects, and character makeup. Strong understanding of sanitation practices to ensure client safety at all times. Excellent communication skills to effectively consult with clients and understand their desired looks. Ability to manage time efficiently during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail. Certification in cosmetology or related beauty fields preferred; ongoing training is a plus.
