We're looking for a talented, personable, and motivated Lash Artist & Facial Waxing Specialist to join us as we build our business from the ground up. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about beauty, enjoys creating lasting relationships with clients, and wants the opportunity to grow their own clientele while growing alongside a new business. Services Include Classic, hybrid, volume, and/or other lash extension services based on your training Lash fills and maintenance Lash retention consultations and aftercare education Eyebrow waxing and shaping Upper lip waxing Chin and other facial waxing Client consultations and personalized service recommendations What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Licensed and qualified to perform the services offered, as required by North Carolina regulations Experienced in lash extensions and/or facial waxing Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work Professional, dependable, and punctual Friendly and comfortable building relationships with clients Passionate about beauty and creating an exceptional client experience Comfortable helping build a clientele from the beginning Motivated to grow through social media, referrals, rebooking, and word-of-mouth Experienced lash artists are strongly encouraged to apply. We are also open to speaking with newer licensed professionals who have strong training and a passion for lashes and waxing.
