Overview We are seeking a talented and passionate Makeup Artist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in makeup application techniques and a keen eye for detail. As a Makeup Artist, you will enhance the natural beauty of clients while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires creativity, professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties Perform makeup applications for various occasions including weddings, photoshoots, and special events. Provide consultations to clients to understand their preferences and desired looks. Utilize knowledge of color theory to select appropriate shades and products for each client. Sanitate tools and workspaces to maintain a clean and safe environment. Upsell products and services to enhance client experience and satisfaction. Collaborate with photographers during shoots to achieve desired aesthetics. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products in the industry. Experience Proven experience as a Makeup Artist or in a similar role is preferred. Strong knowledge of makeup application techniques and cosmetic products. Familiarity with hair styling techniques is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Experience in upselling beauty products or services is advantageous. Understanding of sanitation practices within the beauty industry. A background in cosmetology or relevant certifications is highly desirable.
