Overview We are seeking a talented and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional eyelash extension services to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and a strong understanding of the latest trends in beauty and aesthetics. Duties Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications, ensuring client satisfaction with each service. Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles and products. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to sanitation and safety standards. Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.. Utilize salon software for appointment booking and client management. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to provide the best service possible. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Experience Previous experience in eyelash extensions or a related beauty field is preferred. Skills in sales are beneficial for promoting services and products effectively. Familiarity with our salon software system is an advantage, but not required. Experience in hospitality or customer service roles is highly valued. Knowledge of additional services such as tattooing, body waxing, or hair styling will be considered a plus.

Job Requirements:

Valid state license as an Esthetician or Cosmetologist (required) Certification in Eyelash Extensions (Classic, Hybrid, Volume, or Mega Volume techniques) Proven experience in eyelash extension application (minimum 6 months preferred, not required ) In-depth understanding of lash safety, sanitation, and client aftercare Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination Ability to customize lash sets according to eye shape and client preference Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Professional appearance and a client-centered attitude Must be punctual, reliable, and organized Willingness to work flexible hours , including evenings and weekends if needed Portfolio of previous work is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:
