Job Summary We are seeking a talented and energetic Lash Technician to join our dynamic beauty team! In this role, you will specialize in enhancing clients' natural beauty through expert eyelash extension applications, lash lifts, and other eye-enhancing treatments. Your passion for aesthetics, combined with excellent customer service skills, will create a memorable experience for every guest. As a Lash Technician, you will also promote retail products, educate clients on aftercare, and stay current with the latest trends in lash artistry and beauty treatments. Responsibilities Perform eyelash extension applications, lash lifts, and other eye-enhancement services with precision and care Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards in accordance with industry regulations and salon policies Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable lash styles or treatments Educate clients on proper aftercare to ensure longevity of treatments and promote product sales Assist with social media management by sharing before-and-after photos, promotions, and engaging content to attract new clients Qualifications Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification required; additional training in lash extensions required Proven experience in eyelash extensions, lash lifts, or related beauty treatments Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards within a salon or spa setting Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members Familiarity with salon management software such as

is highly desirable Experience with retail sales, upselling techniques, and product demos to enhance client satisfaction and revenue Additional skills in body waxing or other esthetic procedures are a plus!!
