In this role, you will provide exceptional eyelash extension services while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our clients. Your expertise in beauty treatments will help enhance our clients' natural beauty and boost their confidence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various beauty services and have excellent guest service skills. Responsibilities Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications tailored to client preferences. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and sanitation standards. Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable options. Provide additional beauty services as needed, including makeup application, hair extensions, and hair threading. Assist in managing guest services, ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure. Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling and client management. Engage with clients on social media platforms to promote services and build relationships. Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in eyelash extensions and related beauty treatments. Skills Proficiency in makeup application techniques. Knowledge of barbering practices is a plus. Experience with esthetic laser treatments and dermal fillers is desirable. Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere. Familiarity with social media management to enhance brand presence online. Competence in using salon software, particularly Millennium, for efficient operations. Ability to perform hair extensions and hair threading as part of service offerings.
