FERN METHOD

is a modern wellness + beauty studio designed for women who want to reset, move, and glow . We combine sunless tanning, body care, and wellness education into a luxury, feel-good experience. This is not a typical salon job — we are building a brand, a community, and a standard. We're currently hiring 1-2 women to join our founding team. Who This Is For This role is for someone who:

• Naturally carries herself with confidence and warmth
• Loves beauty, wellness, and helping women feel their best
• Pays attention to details (clean space, polished look, client experience)
• Wants to grow with a brand — not just clock in and out
• Is reliable, coachable, and takes pride in her work But energy, professionalism, and presence are non-negotiable. What You'll Do
• Perform spray tanning services
• Create a high-end, welcoming experience for every client
• Maintain a clean, aesthetic studio environment
• Assist with memberships, bookings, and client communication
