Brow Artist / Korean Lash Lift Artist Phis Beauty Bar & Training is a growing, education-focused beauty studio specializing in brow artistry and Korean lash lifts. We are looking for a talented, motivated artist who is passionate about the beauty industry and wants the opportunity to grow their skills, clientele, and career alongside a growing business. This position will begin part-time, with the opportunity for additional hours and growth based on performance and clientele.
Responsibilities:
Perform professional brow services including brow shaping, waxing, tinting, and brow lamination Perform Korean lash lifts and lash tinting if trained Provide detailed consultations and customized services for each client Maintain a clean, sanitized, and professional workspace Educate clients on proper aftercare and maintenance Provide an elevated, welcoming client experience Take pride in your work and maintain a high level of attention to detail Continue developing your skills through education, feedback, and hands-on training Help create a positive, supportive atmosphere within the studio
What We're Looking For:
Must have a valid New York State Esthetician or Cosmetology License Previous hands-on beauty industry experience required Brow experience strongly preferred Korean lash lift experience is a plus, but additional training may be available for the right candidate Detail-oriented and passionate about creating beautiful, customized results Reliable, professional, and punctual Friendly and confident working directly with clients Driven, ambitious, and willing to learn Someone who genuinely wants to grow rather than simply clock in and out Comfortable receiving feedback and continuing their education
