  • Position Overview The Vice President, Global Artistry & Creator Relations is responsible for defining and elevating Too Faced's global artistry vision while leading the brand's creator, influencer, and talent engagement strategy.
This role serves as the bridge between artistry, culture, and consumer influence—ensuring the brand remains culturally relevant, socially impactful, and deeply connected to beauty communities around the world. As a key member of the Too Faced leadership team, the VP will establish a modern artistry ecosystem that drives education, advocacy, creator partnerships, social influence, and brand storytelling across all markets and channels. This leader will champion a creator-first approach, developing meaningful relationships with makeup artists, creators, influencers, talent, and industry partners to increase brand visibility, engagement, and consumer loyalty. The ideal candidate combines exceptional artistry credibility with deep experience in influencer marketing, social media, talent management, and global brand building. They possess strong cultural awareness, understand emerging consumer behaviors, and have a proven ability to create programs that drive both brand equity and business growth.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Global Artistry Leadership
  • Define and lead the global artistry vision for Too Faced, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy and positioning.
Establish the brand's authority and point of view within the beauty artistry community. Develop innovative artistry and education programs that connect product innovation with consumer learning, advocacy, and brand storytelling. Partner closely with Product Development, Marketing, Creative, Education, and Regional teams to ensure artistry and education insights inform innovation, storytelling, and market execution. Serve as a visible ambassador for the brand externally through industry events, media opportunities, and key partnerships.
  • Creator & Influencer Strategy
  • Lead the global creator, influencer, and talent engagement strategy across all social platforms and markets.
Develop long-term creator partnership programs that drive awareness, consideration, advocacy, and conversion. Build and maintain relationships with top-tier creators, influencers, celebrity makeup artists, talent agencies, and industry partners. Identify emerging creators, trends, and platforms to ensure Too Faced remains culturally relevant and ahead of the competitive landscape. Oversee creator seeding, partnerships, collaborations, events, and content initiatives globally.
  • Education Strategy & Capability Building
  • Lead the global education strategy for artistry, product storytelling, and creator-led learning experiences across markets and channels.
Develop scalable education programs, tools, and masterclass formats that support field teams, retail partners, creators, and consumers. Partner with regional education teams to ensure training content is globally consistent while remaining locally relevant and executable. Leverage artistry expertise, social trends, and product knowledge to strengthen brand education, advocacy, and consumer engagement.
  • Social Influence & Cultural Relevance
  • Partner with Social Media, Communications, and Marketing teams to develop creator-led storytelling that drives engagement and consumer connection.
Translate social listening, cultural trends, and creator insights into actionable business recommendations. Ensure brand activations and campaigns deliver authentic participation within creator and beauty communities. Drive innovation in content creation, live experiences, masterclasses, and digital engagement opportunities.
  • Global Events & Talent Engagement
  • Develop a global strategy for artistry-driven events, creator experiences, and key brand moments. Lead participation in industry events, fashion opportunities, brand experiences, and creator summits. Oversee talent procurement and relationship management for major launches and campaigns. Partner with regional teams to ensure global programs are locally relevant and executable.
  • Business Performance & Analytics
  • Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to evaluate creator programs, partnerships, and artistry initiatives. Monitor influencer, creator, and social engagement metrics to optimize investment and performance. Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and emerging platforms to identify growth opportunities. Manage budgets and resource allocation to maximize impact and ROI.
  • Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead and develop a high-performing global artistry and creator relations organization. Build a collaborative and entrepreneurial culture that encourages innovation and creativity. Coach and develop future leaders within the function. Foster strong partnerships across Marketing, Creative, Education, Communications, E-Commerce, Regional Teams, and Commercial stakeholders.
  • Qualifications
  • Qualifications + Bachelor's degree required.
+ 12-15+ years of experience in beauty, artistry, influencer marketing, creator relations, communications, or related functions. + Proven expertise building and leading creator, influencer, and talent ecosystems at a global level. + Deep understanding of social media platforms, creator economies, emerging technologies, and beauty culture. + Strong existing network of creators, makeup artists, industry influencers, agencies, and talent partners. + Experience leading large-scale global campaigns, creator activations, and partnership programs. + Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing teams. + Prestige beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brand experience strongly preferred.
