Duties Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications tailored to each client's eye shape and desired look, ensuring safety and comfort throughout the process Consult with clients to understand their aesthetic goals, providing professional recommendations on lash styles and maintenance Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and workspaces in compliance with health regulations Educate clients on aftercare routines to prolong the longevity of their eyelash extensions and promote client satisfaction Manage appointment scheduling using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY, ensuring efficient flow of client bookings Upsell related products such as lash serums, cleansers, and aftercare kits to enhance client results and support retail sales goals Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and product innovations through ongoing training and social media management Skills Proven experience working in the beauty industry, specifically with eyelash extensions or similar aesthetic treatments Strong communication skills to effectively consult with clients and understand their preferences Knowledge of sanitation protocols and infection control practices in a salon setting Familiarity with salon management software including Millennium, MINDBODY, or similar platforms Ability to manage social media accounts for marketing promotions and client engagement Basic understanding of management principles for scheduling, inventory control, and retail sales strategies Certification or experience in related aesthetic treatments such as botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, chemical peels, or laser treatments is a plus Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming environment and foster repeat business Skills in hair threading, makeup application, or nail care are advantageous but not required Knowledge of retail product demos and upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities Join us as an Eyelash Extension Technician where your artistry meets exceptional guest service!
