esthetician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional eyelash extension services while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of beauty techniques, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to customer satisfaction. Duties Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications while adhering to safety and sanitation standards. Provide additional beauty services such as waxing, lash lifts, eyebrow tinting, etc. as needed. Engage with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable eyelash styles. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized. Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimize client flow and service delivery. Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions and beauty techniques through continuous education. Check clients in/out which includes, handling money, rebooking appointment and upselling aftercare products and services. Requirements Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or a similar role within the beauty industry. 1+ years of experience is highly preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build connections with clients. Experience in retail sales, with a focus on upselling beauty products and services. Familiarity with Vagaro software or similar scheduling systems is preferred but not required. A background in hospitality is a plus, enhancing the overall client experience. Ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
