•Duties Perform precise eyebrow shaping, including waxing, tinting and lamination to achieve desired shapes and styles. Apply eyelash extensions with attention to detail, ensuring natural-looking results that complement each client's features. Conduct lash lifts and tints to enhance the appearance of natural lashes. Educate clients on aftercare routines for lashes and brows to maintain their look longer. Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and adhering to health regulations. We use salon software systems like Square for appointment scheduling, client records, and sales transactions. Requirements Minimum 3 years of consistent brow and lash experience. No salon experience ? Show us your work-we'd love to see your content! Proven experience in brow shaping, lash extension application, and related esthetic treatments. Certification or licensing in cosmetology or esthetics is required. Knowledge of retail sales techniques to recommend products such as lash serums or brow gels. Familiarity with salon software platforms like Square or similar management tools. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere.
