Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Licensed Esthetic Instructor to lead and inspire the next generation of beauty professionals. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive training in esthetic techniques, including laser treatments, dermabrasion, facial procedures, and body waxing, while fostering a motivating learning environment. Duties Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans covering esthetic treatments such as facial therapies, laser treatments, dermabrasion, and body waxing Demonstrate and supervise techniques including eyelash extensions, hair threading, makeup application & facials Provide hands-on training in aesthetic treatments like tissue massage & facials Evaluate student performance through assessments and provide constructive feedback to support skill development Maintain a safe and professional classroom environment that adheres to industry standards and safety protocols Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new techniques into curriculum to ensure students receive cutting-edge education Assist in lesson planning, curriculum development, and updating course materials to meet accreditation standards Experience Proven classroom experience as an esthetics instructor or in a related teaching role within the Esthetic industry Extensive knowledge of advanced esthetic treatments including laser therapy, dermabrasion, facial techniques, and body waxing Strong understanding of anatomy and skin physiology essential for teaching effective treatment methods Experience with adult education principles and effective teaching methodologies to engage diverse learners Familiarity with health and safety regulations relevant to esthetic practices and classroom environments Ability to develop detailed lesson plans that align with certification requirements and industry standards Have an active Esthetic Instructor License Join us as a Licensed Ethestic Instructor where your passion for beauty artistry meets the opportunity to inspire future professionals!
