Responsibilities Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring safety and comfort for each client Consult with clients to determine their desired lash look and recommend suitable styles and lengths Maintain strict sanitation protocols to uphold health standards and client safety Provide additional beauty services such as brow shaping, makeup application, or body waxing as needed Manage appointment scheduling using salon software like Millennium or MINDBODY, ensuring smooth daily operations Engage with clients through social media management to promote services, special offers, and new products Upsell retail products and treatments such as dermal fillers or dermabrasion to enhance client results and satisfaction Educate clients on proper lash care and aftercare routines for long-lasting results Assist at the front desk by greeting guests, managing check-ins, and handling retail sales Experience Proven experience as a Lash Artist or in a similar cosmetology role with eyelash extension certification preferred Knowledge of sanitation practices specific to the beauty industry Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or

MINDBODY

is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients Experience performing related treatments like hair extensions, nail care, or esthetic laser treatments is a plus Background in retail sales, upselling techniques, and social media management will set you apart Certification or experience in botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, or other med spa procedures is advantageous but not required Join us if you're passionate about beauty artistry and eager to deliver outstanding guest experiences!
