LOVE., right in the heart of Lancaster City, where artistry meets luxury and every detail matters. We are seeking a skilled and passionate Lash Artist to join our team of beauty professionals. The ideal candidate will specialize in lash extensions, lash lifting services, brow services, facials, spray tanning and waxing services. If you have a strong eye for detail, drive, and a dedication to excellence and customer service, we'd love to hear from you! Duties Perform lash extension services Perform lash and brow lamination and tinting Facial waxing Services Cluster Lash application Spray Tans Conduct thorough consultations to determine client's desired lash style and customized lash mapping Maintain a clean, hygienic and organizerd workspace, adhering to sanitation standards and state regulations Educate clients on aftercare instructions and recommend products to enhance their services Build and maintain clients Uphold a professional and welcoming demeanor Book and check clients out at the end of their service Clean and perform other salon duties Qualifications PA esthetician or cosmetology license required Experience in lash extensions preferred but not required Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering quality results Strong communication skills and a positive attitude Honest and trustworthy Ability to work in a team and independently Willingness to uphold an exceptional client experience Ability to represent the brand with elegance and professionalism
