Lash Artist / Permanent Makeup Artist Commission-Based Independent Contractor Opportunity Timelessbrows Brow & Beauty is growing and seeking a professional Lash Artist and/or Permanent Makeup Artist to join our beauty studio in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. This is a commission-based 1099 independent contractor opportunity for a reliable, motivated beauty professional who wants to grow in a supportive and professional studio environment. What the studio offers Beautiful professional studio environment Private treatment space Booking and payment systems Studio marketing exposure Supportive team atmosphere Flexible schedule Opportunity to grow and retain clientele Responsibilities Provide professional lash or permanent makeup services Maintain a clean and sanitary treatment area Deliver professional consultations and excellent client service Maintain accurate appointment and client records Use the studio's approved booking and payment systems Follow studio sanitation, professionalism, and client-service policies Participate in reasonable marketing and clientele-building efforts Qualifications Properly licensed, permitted, or qualified to perform all offered services Lash or permanent makeup training and experience Professional portfolio, Instagram page, or website Reliable, professional, self-motivated, and client-focused Strong sanitation and safety practices Professional liability insurance, or willingness to obtain it before starting Comfortable working in a commission-based contractor position Willing to provide license, credential, portfolio, and reference information An established clientele is helpful but not required. Applicants must be willing to actively participate in building and retaining clientele. Estimated earnings vary based on services performed, pricing, schedule, clientele, and bookings. This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity with no guaranteed hourly wage, salary, number of clients, or income.
