Strong knowledge of proper lash isolation, application and lash health Experience performing Classic, Hybrid and Volume lash extensions Ability to create customized lash designs based on the client's natural lashes, eye shape and desired result Experience working with back-to-back clients in a professional salon environment is highly preferred Excellent client consultation and communication skills Reliable, professional and comfortable working as part of a team Strong attention to sanitation, cleanliness and organization Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook and social media is important—we encourage our artists to participate in showcasing their work and building their clientele Professional photographs or a social media portfolio of your lash work are strongly encouraged when applying The Position This is initially a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into full-time as your clientele develops.
