Duties Perform eyelash extension applications with precision, ensuring safety and comfort for every client Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable lash styles and lengths Maintain strict sanitation protocols to uphold health standards and client safety Manage appointment schedules efficiently using salon software such as Millennium or

Educate clients on aftercare routines and product recommendations to prolong lash wear Engage with clients via social media management to promote services, showcase transformations, and build loyalty Skills Proven experience in eyelash extensions application and cosmetology certification Strong communication skills to understand client needs and provide personalized advice Knowledge of sanitation practices specific to lash extension procedures Familiarity with salon management software Ability to manage retail sales of lash care products and other beauty items effectively Experience with social media management for marketing and client engagement Additional skills such as hair extensions, body waxing, nail care, or makeup application are a plus Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Basic understanding of color theory, dermal fillers, dermabrasion, or esthetic laser treatments is advantageous Embark on a rewarding journey where your talent transforms lives!
