Responsibilities Perform eyelash extension applications, brow shaping, tinting, and other aesthetic treatments with precision and care Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs and communicating treatment options effectively Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with industry regulations and studio policies Cross promote medspa additional services through LIVE posts and social media efforts Stay current with beauty trends, new techniques, and industry best practices to provide innovative services Engage with clients via social media management to build relationships, showcase work, and attract new clients Requirements Proven experience working in the beauty industry, particularly with eyelash extensions, brow treatments, or related aesthetic services Certification or licensing in cosmetology Professional Insurance Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper sterilization procedures for tools and equipment Strong social media or reel editing for social posts - MUST be willing to create social media posts, host LIVE sessions as part of working within our space .
