LICENSED ESTHETICIAN / FACIALIST

Bella Vita Lashes | Laredo, TX | Commission + Tips Bella Vita Lashes is expanding — and we're looking for a licensed esthetician who is passionate about skin, confident in their craft, and ready to grow with a brand that is going places. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Performing custom facials tailored to each client's skin type and goals
• Providing additional treatments: chemical peels, extractions, dermaplaning, and more
• Conducting thorough skin consultations and building personalized treatment plans
• Supporting add-on services including our new EMS Body Sculpting and Spray Tan menu
• Educating clients on home care routines and recommending retail products
• Delivering a 5-star guest experience from start to finish

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Active Texas esthetics license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on facial and skincare experience
• Strong knowledge of skin conditions, ingredients, and treatment protocols
• Experience with chemical peels, dermaplaning, or advanced treatments is a major plus
• Warm, professional bedside manner — our clients trust us with their skin
• Self-motivated, reliable, and genuinely excited about skincare
