Maintain high standards of sanitation and sanitation protocols for all tools and treatment areas Engage with clients via social media management to promote services, share before-and-after photos, and grow your clientele Upsell retail products and treatment packages to enhance client results and increase revenue Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and certifications in esthetic laser treatment, hair extensions, nail care, makeup application, tattooing, and other beauty services Qualifications Valid certification as a Lash Technician with experience in eyelash extensions Proven background in the beauty industry with knowledge of cosmetology practices Experience working with salon management software such as Millennium or
