Operate advanced tanning equipment including spray tan booths, UV tanning beds, airbrush systems, and specialized devices like red light therapy units. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across treatment areas, including sterilizing equipment and ensuring a hygienic environment. Process cash transactions accurately while upselling products and services to enhance client satisfaction and business growth. Educate clients on proper skincare routines post-treatment and provide personalized recommendations for ongoing beauty maintenance. Assist with retail store operations by restocking inventory, organizing displays, and delivering exceptional customer service at the point of sale. Requirements Proven experience working in the beauty or wellness industry, preferably with salon or spa backgrounds. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while demonstrating sales aptitude through upselling techniques.
