About us About us Join Our Growing Beauty Team! Are you a talented or beginning Lash Technician who loves helping clients feel confident and beautiful? We're looking for a passionate, reliable, and customer-focused Lash Artist to join our fast-growing salon. Whether you're experienced or a newer artist eager to grow, we provide a supportive environment where your skills can thrive.

Job Type:
Full-Time (Part-Time available for experienced lash artists) Commission + Tips +
Hourly What You'll Do:
Apply classic, hybrid, volume, and mega-volume lash extensions Perform lash fills, removals, and lash consultations Educate clients on proper aftercare and maintenance Maintain a clean, sanitary, and professional workspace Build and retain a loyal clientele through exceptional customer service Recommend retail products and additional beauty services when appropriate Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and best practices
What We're Looking For:
Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist (required by state law) Strong attention to detail and artistic ability Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional, dependable, and positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Passion for the beauty industry and client satisfaction

Compensation:
$20
  • 35+ per hour on average including commission and tips (top artists earn significantly more) Apply Today!
